電話裡詢問的時候,千萬不要把商品名稱說錯,說錯了老闆娘會非常非常非常非常非常的不開心,就算沒有要爭論什麼老闆娘也不會告知正確名稱,還要消費者自己到現場看,就請家人立馬飛奔到現場之後老闆說說東西沒有了(需要等到商家分裝),(老闆知道我們都有固定在買)當下覺得明明有要買這樣東西還請我們到現場,到現場卻才告知沒東西可買,為何老闆娘不先確認電話裡也不說!?還讓消費者多跑一趟!?之後打電話給老闆娘敘述為何要這樣讓我們多跑一趟!?老闆娘卻還是說我們要買的商品(說錯名稱的商品)他們沒有賣!沒有賣!沒有賣!沒有賣! 這個事件簡直有如羅生門,明明一直都有回購的商品卻因為講錯名稱,老闆娘也不會糾正,只會生氣,還嗆說不要去跟他們買,老闆娘最後爆氣怒吼說出正確商品名稱,還說我怎麼敢再打電話回去給她亂然後就掛我電話!這樣的待客之道簡直讓我懷疑人生啊!!傻眼等級!以後!絕對!再也!不會!再去消費了! 也感謝老闆娘讓我上了一課!
