Later they repaired them, but the bottom was still worn out. There was no apology and no compensation. Finally, I went to my new home and waited for them. The first sentence they called was asking me if I gave the wrong address, so they couldn't find it. In fact, I didn't report an error! When I went out to look for them, their faces were so stinky that I had given them the wrong address. Later, I took them to my new home and pointed to the house number to prove that I had not given the wrong address. It doesn’t matter if you can’t find it, but what’s the blame for the customer? In the middle they may be tired and need to rest (I have to take the stairs on both sides), but they just rested directly downstairs for more than 20 minutes without telling me who was upstairs. Later, I waited more and more strangely, so I went down to find them, they Only then began to move. I can accept being tired and need to rest, but don't you want to tell me? ! How about just let me wait upstairs? What's more, nothing like this happened in the previous two moves! There will be some accidents when moving, but I think it is inevitable, but what I care most about is the attitude of the movers! Can those who move individually do whatever they want? ! Besides, I have to pay anyway~ do I have to be treated like this? In short, I will never find Yongxiang again! Never push!

Yongxiang used to be really good, but now... Your company’s so-called customer-respect is really not felt during this relocation. Pay attention to the quality of personnel and the quality of moving, it really needs to be strengthened, just drinking alcohol at work is unacceptable
