打電話要維修也沒辦法排時間什麼時候要修都不能有個時間給客人,我們只能天天空等,等了一星期一通電話都沒有,冷氣也是跟你們買的,打了給我們的感覺就是敷衍的一直說好好好,到底在好什麼?至少能跟客人說一下什麼時候可以修吧!虧我們還介紹家人跟你們買冷氣,現在報維修都等不到電話的,服務越來越差,講話時候可以不要用“好”帶過嗎?給個明確時間,不然可以請來電告知幫我們安排什麼時間來維修嗎?
