司機跟我約時間要到,為了等司機我一整天不敢出門 等到晚上實在太晚了無法繼續等 打電話給司機後,一下說包裹太多、一下說是公司的問題 最後承認說是他根本忘記要幫我送 然後他又跟我約了隔天早上會到 (當天早上還打電話確認過,司機說兩個小時後會到) 結果等到下午依然沒到,原以為是不是司機發生狀況了! 再打電話詢問就一直被掛電話 司機最後直接傳簡訊來說他接近中午的時候早就不幹離職了=.= 叫我的貨自己想辦法 直接打去公司問 公司一直叫我打其它地方的電話 前後打了五通電話 最後一通電話的客服說確認過後聯繫我 接著又是等了好幾個小時沒等到電話 我再次打電話詢問時,客服說他也不知道狀況 合作的集運商是(优集集運) 告訴集運商這個情形後,集運商仍然堅持與這家合作 而且對此情形表現的無關緊要。 或許物流商便宜吧... 但是這種品質的運輸,坦白說我不敢把我的貨再次交到他們手上! 強烈建議慎選集運商與物流商
