蒸餃的內餡算是厚實、搭配Q彈的外皮、再配他們的沾醬、口感不賴、但比起屏東分店、口感比較沒屏東的好。
不過它們的蔥肉餅、比起屏東分店、這間吃起來比較不油、不會煎的過乾、也不會過鹹、味道剛好。
同時也有販賣海鮮河粉和春捲、搭配酸辣湯和玉米濃湯、冷颼的天、暖胃。
喜歡吃蒸餃的人、鳳山發蒸餃可以吃吃看。
