第一次是看到fb的推薦而來,樸實無華的店面裏,讓我印象最深刻的是,老闆與闆娘的親切和用心;每周回來大寮老家,必定光顧買滿一袋;吃了將近一年,才敢寫下自己人生中的第一篇推文(讚嘆文),麵包好吃已不足以形容,用料實在、老闆更不惜重資選用優質食材、自培酵母以及進口高檔奶製品和麵粉,相較於其他麵包名店,價格簡直是超值。讓我更讚賞的是老闆自己還不斷地創新與精進,嘗試各種新的原料及作法,每次來就會有不同的新發現和驚奇。來楊媽媽麵包本舖,吃到的不只是麵包的美味,更多的是滿滿地職人堅持和柔軟善心。加油!給用心堅持的好店鼓勵與肯定。

美好的一天,就由麥香味道的麵包開始,走訪大寮這間標示素的麵包本舖,是楊爸和楊媽一家人用善念種出有靈性純真的好麵包,楊媽自己從小就很愛吃麵包,所以想說做安心可以給家人吃的麵包,透過楊爸職人的雙手細心呵護烤出能品嘗小麥香麵包的好滋味,楊爸嚴選當地無農藥自然農發食材,透過老麵水蜜桃菌種發酵自然熟成帶給麵包更多健康能量和香氣層次,在每天下午3:30分新鮮麵包出爐時,整間屋子裡充滿著濃郁溫度的自然香氣。紅豆麵包和核桃麥香麵包是我個人最愛,選用大寮在地紅豆不甜好吃,選用東山炭窯龍眼乾麵包,大樹龍眼蜜蛋糕,核桃麥香麵包。味覺的感動美味的堅持,吃過這兒的麵包幾乎都會著了迷。 大寮有三寶(安心食無添加的良心店家): 1.楊媽媽麵包本舖 2.諾貝松早午餐 3.飲咖啡Ian cafe&眾不同的蔬食
