和發園區位於高雄市大寮區，總面積約136.13公頃，分為和春基地（約81.81公頃）及大發基地（約54.32公頃），兩處基地均位屬「大坪頂以東地區都市計畫」內，位置詳圖3.1-1。
和春基地位於大寮區琉球里的台29線（民國103年7月16日台21線南段改稱台29線）與高68線交界，基地西界是上寮幹線，北為台糖公司開發之萬大工業區，東鄰台29線、大寮堤防及高屏溪，東南角為水公司之給水廠及部分住宅，南隅與和春技術學院相接；南隔高68線與大發基地之距離約1公里。
大發基地位於大寮區上寮里的台88線（平面路段屬188線）與台29線交界處，基地西界是上寮排水，東鄰台29線、大寮堤防及高屏溪，東南隅為萬大大橋，南隔台88線與大發工業區相接，亦即位於大發工業區北側。

Introduction to the official website
Hefa Park is located in Datun District of Kaohsiung City, with a total area of about 136.13 hectares. It is divided into Hechun Base (about 81.81 hectares) and Dafa Base (about 54.32 hectares). Both bases belong to the urban plan of the east of Dapingding. Inside, the location details are shown in Figure 3.1-1.
The Hechun base is located on the Taiwan 29 line in the Ryukyu area of Datun District (the southern section of the Taiwan 21 line on July 16, 103, renamed the Taiwan 29 line) and the high 68 line. The west boundary of the base is the Shangyu main line, and the north is the Taiwan Sugar Company. Developed in the Wanda Industrial Zone, east adjacent to Taiwan Line 29, Datun Embankment and Gaoping River, southeast corner is the water company's water supply plant and part of the residence, Nanxun and Hechun Technical College are connected; South is separated by 68 lines and Daihatsu The distance from the base is about 1 km.
The Dafa base is located at the junction of the 88th line (the 188 line of the plane section) and the line 29 of the platform in Shangyuli, Datun District. The west boundary of the base is Shangyu drainage, east of Taiwan line 29, Datun embankment and Gaopingxi, southeast. It is the Wanda Bridge, and the south section of the 88th line is connected to the Dafa Industrial Zone, which is located on the north side of the Dafa Industrial Zone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時代的變遷真的很大，小時候這裡整片都是種甘蔗，那種製糖的甘蔗， 收成的時候用牛車一整車載走， 小孩頑皮 會反方向從牛車抽一兩根甘蔗， 但其實那個甘蔗是不能吃的因為太硬， 根本咬不下去， 現在看來 一間間工廠進駐看起來還不錯，大寮的大發工業區沉潛了一陣子，現在和發加進來，感覺有機會變好了， 只是少了一個比像樣的公園 或者是還沒建好吧！可惜了

Children naughty would pull one or two sugar canes from the ox cart in the opposite direction, but in fact the sugar cane It's not edible because it's too hard to bite. Now it seems that the factories are not bad. The Dafa Industrial Zone in Daliao has been submerged for a while, and now I have a chance to improve. It's just one less than a decent park or it hasn't been built yet! Pity
