The main building here is built by the Social Affairs Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government. It is a green building with barrier-free space. The management was entrusted to the Zhongzhuang Community Development Association of Daliao District, Kaohsiung City. It occupies a very wide area, the surrounding environment is well organized, clean and bright, and there is a large space for activities. The front and back courtyards are covered with sod, and each piece of sod is green and vibrant. At the same time, some flowers, trees and fruits are planted, such as: Grapes, longan, carambola, and set aside an open space to grow organic vegetables, use the rainwater recycling system for irrigation, and also create a landscape pool. After the director's careful management and all the volunteers and students' care, it is quite standard and professional . I have been teaching some learning courses for the elders here for a short period of two months. I am very satisfied with the environment and space here, and I feel relaxed and happy.

Users pay, but participants provide free lunch.

The Zhongyu Community Care Base and the Elderly Activity Center are in the same building/outside there is a croquet court that promotes the body and mind of the elderly. The environment is quiet and it is a particularly good place.

The people inside said it was an outsourcer, which was very unfriendly, especially the middle-aged contractor, holding a chicken feather as an arrow, as if it was his home, as if he had forgotten that it was a public facility built by the government... .

Although the activity center for the elderly is in the alley, it is fully equipped, with many exhibition areas for elders' works, and the toilets are clean. There is a park outside the activity center and a free motorcycle parking lot. Because of the small roads, it is not recommended to drive in.
