★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 林水茂(千弘工程林水清大哥) 承包工程前說得天花亂墜，專業承包責任施工。完工隔天就要收尾款，合約書上還開10年保固。因為是朋友介紹相信他，所以就提前付款。後來發現工程施作不良，新牆白華，電銲燒傷地板，鄰居牆面未收尾，窗戶未清潔就上漆,以致窗戶無防水效果。聯繫他處理，他就躲起來不回應換手機，透過朋友找到人，也是閃躲推託。至今都未處理，非常差勁連一顆星都不想給。
