★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 首先餐點我已經等了約40分鐘,接著好不容易拿到餐了,卻發現熊貓送錯餐點,我只好親自拿到門市歸還,告知送錯餐,我也表明了是外送員出錯,並沒有想責怪店家,結果當下並沒有給我一個解決方案,而是各人員一直在問外送員怎樣怎樣,一個女的突然就說那是熊貓的問題,不是我們的問題!我的想法是所以呢?能不能告訴我解決方法就好,並不想知道什麼對錯,但不知道為什麼貴門市雖然有補餐點給我,可是整個等待過程一直告訴我熊貓有多糟,而且全程沒有聽到一句店家對客人的抱歉,或是說聲不好意思,只有滿滿的推卸責任,我不是一開始就已經表明了是熊貓拿錯袋了嗎?如果那麼嫌棄熊貓平台其實可以不要合作,我就是因為手邊有工作不方便離開才叫外送,店家還一直跟我說以後不要叫熊貓什麼的,要補餐點也不搞清楚要補什麼,一直問小姐你的餐點是什麼,等候了快10分鐘,因為按錯門市導致我跑比較遠到門市,車程大約15分鐘,我工作也耽誤了將近快兩個小時了,所以我問說請問我還需要等多久,這時候煎台的小姐告訴我咖哩鍋貼只剩五個要等一下還是要不要換口味,我真的很傻眼,所以我剛剛等待的時間你們都在幹嘛,沒有馬上看餐點缺什麼馬上遞補嗎?省麻煩我也只好更換口味,也許你們有自己的工作流程,但其中最讓我不舒服的真的是全程的推卸責任跟不斷告訴我熊貓怎樣怎樣,這些真的跟客人無關吧,我只想解決當下的問題而已!本來不怪你們到最後變成不會想再去消費了,這件事雖然說是外送員的問題,熊貓客服打電話來給我也就只是詢問有拿到餐點了嗎,我說有,然後就謝謝你的回覆拜拜,讓我更是大大的傻眼。
