理事長關懷弱勢家庭不遺餘力，更是全國首創曙光物資聯合平臺，設置食物銀行發放點，服務附近5個里的弱勢家庭取得物資，成效卓著。
The corporate juridical person, Zhongzhuang Community Development Association, Daliao District, Kaohsiung City, under the leadership of the chairman Zeng Chengfeng, has been evaluated by the Kaohsiung City Government every year since the Republic of China.
The chairman cares for disadvantaged families and spares no effort. It is the country's first Sugon material joint platform to set up food bank distribution points to serve disadvantaged families in the vicinity of 5 to obtain materials, with outstanding results.
