★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天，2/28去這家藥局要買二個口罩，當時只有我ㄧ個顧客，一進門看到藥師在蓋印章，他叫我等他五分鐘，只見他把ㄧ疊又一疊的口罩信封拿出來蓋，是不能先賣給我再慢慢蓋嗎？ㄧ定要等你蓋完才要賣我口罩嗎？感覺很差！

As soon as I entered the door and saw the pharmacist stamping the seal, he told me to wait for him for five minutes. I saw that he folded another stack of mask envelopes. Take it out, can’t you sell it to me first and then cover it slowly? ㄧ Will you sell my mask until you finish covering it? It feels bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前兩個禮拜去領實名制口罩，看到藥劑師坐在櫃台前處理電腦事情，我表明要領口罩，他沒回應的依舊操作電腦，我坐在櫃台前足足等了約五分鐘，今天晚上七點過去領，一進門詢問是否有實名制口罩，藥劑師頭也沒回回答我要等十分鐘，叫我等一下再來。我走出門看見一個小妹妹拿著大鈔和健保卡正要進去，我好心提醒，藥劑師正在忙，他會要你等十分鐘喔！妹妹走進去，我看見藥劑師馬上轉身到櫃台電腦前幫他處理。
可以不要這樣有分別心嗎？同樣都是顧客，需要這樣嗎？感覺很不好。
I went to pick up real-name masks two weeks ago. I saw the pharmacist sitting at the counter working on the computer. I stated that I needed the mask. He still operated the computer without responding. I sat at the counter and waited for about five minutes. It was 7 o’clock this evening. In the past, when I came in and asked if there were real-name masks, the pharmacist never answered that I would wait for ten minutes and told me to wait for a while. I walked out the door and saw a little sister who was going in with a large bill and a health insurance card. I kindly reminded that the pharmacist is busy and he will want you to wait ten minutes! My sister walked in, and I saw the pharmacist immediately turn to the counter computer to help him deal with it.
Can we not discriminate like this? They are all customers, do you need this? It feels bad.
