★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 只是打個電話想解惑，客服大哥口氣很不友善，每句話都帶酸，讓人很不舒服，我只是來解惑的，回應的每句都帶了不耐煩及覺得我們知識不足的感覺，一定是有需求及面對到不如意的事情才會需要上調解，但又再打電話詢問時遭受這種態度回應真的會對政府所提供的調解服務感到失望，拜託，對待我的們這種小小公民想諮詢相關資訊可以不要這種態度嗎?
I just made a phone call to solve the confusion. The customer service eldest brother has a very unfriendly tone. Every sentence is sour and makes people very uncomfortable. I just came to solve the puzzle. Every sentence I responded brought impatience and felt that we lacked knowledge. I feel that mediation must be needed only when there is a need and when facing unsatisfactory things, but when I call for inquiries, I will be disappointed in the mediation service provided by the government. Please, treat us. Can such a small citizen want to consult relevant information not to have this attitude?
