★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境乾淨舒服！雖然屋齡比較長，但是房屋外觀，房子裡面狀況很好，看得出來之前蓋得很紮實。附近早餐店很多，還有圖書館很適合小孩的環境。有view，眼力夠好還可以看到義大的煙火。雖然稍微偏一些，但是的確是適合居住的好地方！
