★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 副店長周小姐售後服務不好，配送時間沒有處理好，卻都沒有主動聯絡。週日沒配送沙發卻沒有提醒，等了一整天沒消息才打電話詢問，結果才得知週日沒送。周小姐說要禮拜二配送，等一天又沒有消息，我們又再打電話問一次，告訴她再這樣我們必須要退訂金（商品的1/3），最後終於主動告知並安排時間配送。
The deputy store manager, Miss Zhou, has poor after-sales service, and the delivery time has not been handled properly, but she has not taken the initiative to contact her. The sofa was not delivered on Sunday but there was no reminder. After waiting for a whole day without news, I called to ask, only to find out that it was not delivered on Sunday. Miss Zhou said that she would deliver on Tuesday, and when there was no news one day, we called again and told her that we had to cancel the deposit (1/3 of the product), and finally informed her and arranged a delivery time.
