★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買張單人沙發，答應2月12或13日送貨，忘記了放客人鴿子。再連絡後改2月15日15：00送貨，在13：10客人正在外出吃飯時，說要送貨了。物控貨流不及格。結果送來的沙發三腳翹，推說客人家的地板不平，但我客廳同一位置之前放其他單人沙發無此現象啊！雖說要給我退貨，要不是要搭配4年前買的同一款式的四人沙發，早就請貨運司機送回去了！最後貼腳墊補強。
平心而論，4年前買的沙發至今，皮革沒裂沒破沒脫皮，沙發沒塌陷落底，品質算是可以了。
物控貨流要改善，客服的對應要加油啊！

Although I have to return it, if it is not a four-seater sofa of the same style I bought 4 years ago, I have asked the freight driver to return it! Finally, stick the foot pads for reinforcement.
In all fairness, the sofa I bought 4 years ago has not cracked, peeled or peeled, and the sofa has not collapsed, so the quality is OK.
Material control cargo flow should be improved, and customer service needs to be refueled!
