★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟同順鋼品叫料已經快5年的時間，第一個服務好，可以幫客戶處理叫料的問題，鋼材品質都不錯，包裝也是一樣，對於我這種外島金門的客戶，叫料就是不能夠出錯，而出料也是很精準，很少有錯，只不過有一次鋼材明明說要包裝，結果運來金門，一看傻眼，完全沒包裝，結果被踩得亂七八糟，還一大堆汚垢，鋼材出的也不是很新，一看就看得出來，結果事後打給公司反應，是工作人員的問題，跟客服小姐沒有關係，我覺得客服小姐，服務真的沒有話說，真的很棒，雖然一次的不愉快，但還是給同順鋼品，5顆星的評價，希望以後出料 ，無論鋼材，板材，包裝，都要繼續保持高品質。

It has nothing to do with the customer service lady. I think the customer service lady, the service is really nothing to say, it is really very good. Great, although it was unpleasant once, I still give Tongshun Steel a 5-star rating. I hope that the material will continue to be of high quality regardless of steel, plate, and packaging.
