往常我都會帶自己的隨行杯給店員，大概一兩個月前疫情正嚴重，點完飲料時，我詢問店員「可以用自己的杯子嗎？」店員回「你有哪一次沒有用杯子」
聽到這個回應，嚴重影響我再光顧貴店的意願
會這麼嚴肅評論是因為自己也在服務業待過，員工訓練部分，應該要跟老闆好好學習，希望能給顧客有更好的消費體驗，謝謝。
