I just called and ordered 18 drinks. The attitude and tone are really bad enough. If you think there are too many orders, you can just tell me not to accept it. I don’t offend you. 連假日都不外送，最爽的門市。
貴門市的苦需要客戶消化，偶爾可行，但貴門市是經常如此服務業賣的是服務 ，若是一開始開業就無法這項服務不應該列入，這樣反反覆覆的搞不清楚到底是有沒這項服務，當然貴站顧客群眾多，一定也不缺我這小小顧客，只要遇到假日或節慶經常把電話拿起來或是因缺人手而不外送感覺就是變相的把客戶給專業外送服務，感覺不是很舒服。
