★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這次負責的禮儀師是簡彥傑先生，一開始負責的態度還算不錯。只是之後有些事情，感受不到我們花了錢請了專業團隊去協助家裡辦喪事的服務態度。而且感覺隨著時間接近尾聲，也越來越不被重視。再來根據我們家族的傳統，有些家族長輩重視的儀式，也只被簡先生說，時間都訂好了，這樣還要再改來改去很麻煩，現在也都沒有人在這樣做了。
請問我們家裡所重視的傳統，萬安的禮儀師不能好好協調配合嗎？
再來代訂花籃的事情，簡先生一直強調不要太早送。結果頭七那天就全部送到位，只因為來不及跟花店講。如果貴公司有人力不足的問題，麻煩補足好嗎？連這種最基本的事情都可以出錯，請問這是萬安在對待面臨離世的傷心家屬應該有的態度嗎？

今天萬安副總特地來到現場瞭解狀況。
萬安生命收到家屬不滿，第一時間願意傾聽，也做相關補救。能感受到萬安公司十足的誠意，也瞭解到貴公司對於客戶家屬的重視。
這次協助處理後事之事宜也很圓滿。
