買了好幾次這次是第三次買的不開心!決定要留下負評以後也不會再去了! 第一次是在我後面的人飲料都拿走了,我從頭到尾都站櫃台旁邊等,想說為什麼我後面買這麼多杯的都拿走了我的呢,直接跟櫃台說結果我的那瓶早就做好放旁邊納涼,問了才幫我擦瓶身拿給我 第二次用美口瓶回購,也有告知要換瓶蓋紙,結果拆掉我的瓶蓋環,瓶蓋紙要喝的時候才發現也沒換。我買過這麼多家麻古就只有你們店會拆瓶蓋環,我當下馬上詢問結果店員說那個瓶蓋環不會有影響,他說他們回購的都會拔掉,那天也趕時間想說就算了 第三次就是剛剛,拿了兩瓶美口瓶回購,一瓶是上次被拆掉瓶蓋環的,另一瓶是完整的,結果店員又把我那個完整的瓶蓋環拔走,我當下請他裝回去,結果就跟另個店員一直竊竊私語,後來才把原本那個完整的裝一個新的瓶蓋,另外一個是上次其他店員拔的就算了我也沒有要求要復原這個上次被拔走的瓶蓋環,結果一直在那裡竊竊私語搞得是我的問題一樣,要不是另一間麻古九點就關門了,今天也不會再去受一次氣? 買過南部這麼多家麻古,回購多次只有你們店會拔瓶蓋環,拔掉那個到底有什麼意義跟用處?如果是裂掉壞了就算了結果是一個完整的瓶蓋環也要拔,拔走外觀醜就算了還會漏,瓶子也是客人花錢買的!還是覺得拔走,客人覺得會漏或是太醜才會再買一個新的?不管怎樣服務業在客人面前一直持續的竊竊私語真的很不道德又沒禮貌!
