20201122 = The stele erected in 1991. The president of the Water Conservancy Association, Mr. Hong Ronghua, sought to build and improve the political views of Cao Gongzhen (Cao Gongzhen was a water conservancy project done by a good official Cao Jin during the Qing Dynasty to benefit the people's livelihood).
