20201122 = In 1933 (Showa 8), the excavation of Daliao (one of the Caogongzhen system) was completed during the Japanese Occupation Period, and the monument was erected by the Governor of Kaohsiung Prefecture Noguchi Toshiji...The engraving on the strange and large stone also records this project.
