9/21下午去光顧,只能說很雷非常雷超級雷,裡面有空位還要候位就算了,疫情期間還知道要給客人拋棄式手套去裝飲料,結果有著特殊口音的男服務生送烏龍麵來時,有些從碗掉出來他竟然徒手直接用勾的把掉出來的烏龍麵勾回去,還一副很自然的樣子就走掉了!!! 跟其他員工告知情況要換一碗,結果沒道歉就算了,過一陣子才送來,結果送來的又是另一個服務生送來的時候還講說這次讓我換,餐點已經確定了不能再更改講完直接走掉,哇塞真是刷新我的三觀,不知道上一秒碰過什麼有員工手的烏龍麵難道要強迫消費者吸收嗎?而且我是請他換新的給我,烏龍麵換烏龍麵是有什麼問題嗎? 另外一個人主食也是點烏龍麵結果把烏龍麵放進去煮完要吃的時候,才發現原本裝著烏龍麵的碗竟然有飯粒!!!兩個人都點烏龍麵這飯粒到底哪裡來的?真的有夠噁心!!!結果只是換個碗也換神久,前後講了三次才終於送來,結果送來的時候服務生還把手插在碗裡,只能說我真的是很佩服這家店的服務生... 海鮮和肉也不新鮮,魚還有魚鱗,重點是這樣的品質還要收一成服務費...

想說是連鎖火鍋就沒先看評價,再加上火鍋是能多難吃的想法,就踩雷了,我講一個最基本的餐具好了,都是油垢污漬,而且是所有的湯匙都是,杯子我根本不敢用,只好喝自己帶的水了,火鍋料也是超級難吃,沒吃過這麼硬的三角形的油豆腐,再來看圖片的牛肉整個乾掉顏色也都變了,這樣子也端上桌給客戶吃?再來說說服務品質,想點餐找不到人,也不介紹一下沾醬放的位置,左邊內用區寫沾醬請勿自取,後來詢問後才知道要到右邊用餐區裝沾醬,這種服務品質要我付10%服務費真的付不出來,只能說大老遠跑來從台北來到高雄義大一整天的好心情就被破壞了,慎選啊!
