回問大概幾點會開，一直很不耐煩地回答不知道、不知道...。被大聲了才解釋平台的問題。我是你們醫療體系的人嗎？我怎麼知道平台是要什麼情況才會開？不能一開始就好好解釋嗎？一定要被大聲了，才要好好解釋？

 I asked Modena to make an appointment for the second dose, and replied that the platform didn't know when it would open, and I had to wait.
I asked about what time it would be, and I always answered impatiently I don’t know, I don’t know... Explain the platform problem only after being loud. Am I a member of your medical system? How do I know under what circumstances the platform will open? Can’t you explain it right from the beginning? Must be loud to explain?
