我幾乎沒給評論或評分的,好和不好的店家大家看法不一,這次真的讓我體會到態度不好到想些評論,我是20幾年的老客戶,近幾年已經看過多次店員和老闆娘與客人的衝突(多是店家在大聲)沒想到也輪到每每都靜靜買東西的我⋯⋯ 店家生意很好,是旗美的最大的文具店貨品也最多,但早已沒有最初的服務態度,今日不算什麼衝突點,只有店家對消費者的鄙視,惡意的言語,或許沉默的消費者就會慣養出這類的店家,雖然只是一般的消費行為,人與人短暫接觸,但有善良的心才會更美好,想想自己的消費行為是否改給善良態度好的店家,改變一些消費行為,給願意親切對待人的小店,我會這麽做的 世界這麼大,不存在「最好」,而「善良」是一種選擇

同樣商品算了不同價,可以說是結帳人員疏失。回到家才發現算錯錢,打電話到店裡反應,結果處理的態度實在很不行。 我反應價錢算錯了,小姐隨後請店內另一位(我猜是負責人)小姐2接聽,這位小姐2問了我商品狀況後並不覺得有理虧,問了我住哪,我說不是住附近,她回我說,這樣我為了10幾塊再拿去換也划不來,我跟她說,但這是你們人員疏失,就算十幾塊也是錢吧,而且不是第一次(曾遇算錯錢,當下發現),她回我說:“那我現在也是要幫你處理阿,沒有不幫你處理” (我心裏想,你是接電話要處理的,怎麼把問題推給客人,然後說要處理還說我為了十幾塊過去不划算!這一聽,有誠意嗎?!) 我說:那我等家人要去旗山時再拿發票過去,但不確定哪天! (這一等,也超過二星期了,我就沒打算再拿去了) 這間店也開滿久的了,商品真的算滿齊全的,人員處理態度要加強,然後建議用條碼刷吧!!!!商品那麼多,手貼標籤,人員用計算機算錢,很難不出錯吧,都是載具時代了還用計算機算錢= =”
