★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上次吃豚將已經是3年前的事情了，之前在楠梓店有非常不好的用餐體驗，最近大學畢業回來發現旗山開了一間分店。
2/9中午到店用餐，點了一碗蛤蜊干貝拉麵加了一份叉燒肉，店長也請了一份黃金酥炸豆腐，主餐的部分我覺得蛤蜊湯底不適合拉麵，雖然可以免費加麵但希望湯能在多給一些，招待送的黃金豆腐不錯熱熱吃更好吃，下次用餐可能會選擇比較適合該拉麵的湯頭
 The last time I ate dolphin Jiang was 3 years ago. I had a very bad dining experience at Nanzi store. I recently came back from college and found that Qishan opened a branch.
I went to the restaurant at noon on 2/9. I ordered a bowl of ramen noodles with clams and dried scallops and added a piece of barbecued pork. The manager also ordered a piece of golden crispy fried tofu. For the main meal, I think the clam soup base is not suitable for ramen noodles, although you can add noodles for free But I hope that the soup can be given more. The golden tofu provided by the reception is good and it is more delicious. I may choose a soup that is more suitable for the ramen next time.

The ramen is delicious, the cheese fries are amazing, the owner is super friendly, and they treat us crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, sweet and not spicy.

這次點的拉麵是「極度麻辣拉麵（又麻又辣）」
實際上，也真的是又麻又辣～對於愛吃辣的人來說是一大享受，推薦☺️！
拉麵的麵體為細麵，但吃起來又不失嚼勁，整體大加分，再搭配香又多汁的叉燒，跟偏日式口味的濃郁湯頭，真的很棒??
（對於飲食習慣清淡的人來說，可能會偏鹹，個人覺得湯頭偏鹹搭配麵體剛剛好）
印象最深刻的是，拉麵會有大份量的新鮮蔥末，對於愛吃蔥的人來說是一大享受
（不愛蔥的話，應該可以在點餐時告知）
配菜有另外加點「唐揚餃子」
外表像是炸過的餃子，外皮吃起來酥脆，搭配內餡跟醬汁，很好吃，建議可以趁熱吃光

湯頭不會死鹹，基本的豚骨湯頭感覺裡面有一點蒜味。
炸豆腐是一般豆腐，不是雞蛋豆腐，沾他們的醬非常好吃，每次來必點。
炸蝦外皮酥脆、不會尾巴只剩麵糊，非常好吃。
起司薯條份量不錯，起司也很多。
The service attitude is very good, very enthusiastic ?
The soup is not dead salty, the basic tonkotsu soup feels a little garlicky in it.
The fried tofu is normal tofu, not egg tofu, the sauce is very delicious, and it is a must order every time you come.
The fried prawns have crispy skin and no tail but only batter, which is very delicious.
The cheese fries are good portion and a lot of cheese.
