來吃過第二次,今天點了一份招牌「豆花漾」,簡單來說就是綜合豆花!豆花一端上來就看的出店家擺盤的用心,餡料像花一般盛開!看起來就非常可口,豆花本身也是傳統豆花,黃豆的香氣很足口感也非常的綿密,加上傳統的八寶配料煮的甜味適中,整體吃起來算是很不錯的了!只不過糖液的部分少了點香氣有點死甜沒靈魂非常可惜!這部分稍微修正一下一定可以是五星豆花?推薦沒來過的朋友,逛完老街非常適合過來吃點甜品解解膩~

豆花,也稱為豆腐腦,是由黃豆漿絮凝後形成口感近似於的果凍或布丁狀食品統稱,質地上比豆腐嫩軟,是一種常見小吃、甜點。依其成型方式/用劑及所呈現樣貌或口感狀態又分別稱豆腐腦、豆腐花,甚至各地對其稱謂略有不同,以致於許多民眾誤以為豆腐腦、豆腐花二者是完全一樣的樣貌及製程,中國北方以製成豆腐腦為多,南方則多為豆腐花,但在部分地區也有其他稱謂。傳統的製作方法,豆花多使用可食用性的石膏粉或滷水凝結,在口感上因製程技術,容易有明顯的顆粒感。現在多使用新型絮凝劑,成功率較高、口感更細膩。 在福建,甜豆花加的是冰糖水或者紅糖水,鹹豆花會放上蘿蔔乾、炸蒜丁、芫荽或芹菜、蝦米以及各種滷料等,加入鹵湯。對於同時銷售豆花和粉絲的攤位,往往鹹豆花中會加少許粉絲。在台灣通常加綠豆、紅豆、去皮花生等豆類,加上糖水與豆漿,也有加水果或芋圓。而稱豆花為豆腐腦的地區,豆花僅僅指的是來自台灣的豆花甜品
