窯主我於一年前退休後,因為個人的興趣自建此柴燒麵包窯,並以不添加任何人工化學添加物為初衷,僅製作無含糖與無含油,且以自養酵母的老麵種採低溫16個小時發酵的麵糰製作各式的歐式麵包,是非常健康養生的食品,每週只有在六,日兩天開窯,提供具有淡淡麥香與柴香的傳統窯烤麵包。
