不得不說是我吃過最好吃的水煎包
為什麼這麼說? 我以前吃的水煎包
內餡咬下去全都是油油的湯汁 大約有七八成都是淘汰的絞肉製成 高麗菜就不用說了
不過在我吃過謝老闆的包子後 我不禁問他其中奧秘 他才告訴我 原來他的豬肉內餡 全是早上一大早在早市買的新鮮豬肉 難怪內餡紮實
也很有彈性 高麗菜也是當天現製的 加上獨家調味(為什麼說是獨家呢 因為老闆不肯教我 哈哈XD) 吃起來軟嫩不膩 我一次都大概買個十顆
回家吃 因為太便宜了 這麼大顆才十二塊
我只想給他們一個讚!!
