夥房是客家主要的傳統民居形式，一個夥房代表一個家族聚居在此，所以夥房的形式可能是三合院式也可能是四合院式。
擁有飛簷及門樓的夥房就是只有濟南堂的林屋夥房，由它的方位 及背看雙蜂，月光兩山的氣勢來看，就知道是一戶有來頭的大戶人家 ，堂前正門懸掛著一方「文魁」扁額，表示這裡曾經出過舉人，每個家庭各自獨立，卻又存在著緊密相依的族親血脈。
雙桂第是美濃林氏宗祠。
The largest and most well-preserved house in Mino~Mino Lin’s Ancestral Hall~Shuangguidi (Jinan Hall).
Houses are the main traditional form of Hakka houses. A house represents a family and lives here. Therefore, the house may be in the form of a triple courtyard or a courtyard courtyard.
The house with cornices and gates is the forest house with only Jinan Hall. From its position and back, looking at the double bees, and the momentum of the moonlight and the two mountains, we know that it is a big family with a future. The "Quai" flat forehead indicates that there have been people raised here, each family is independent, but there are closely related clan blood.
Shuang Guidi is the Mino Lin Ancestral Hall.
