★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人偏好炒粄條，比乾粄條多個香氣與口感；炒大腸很有嚼勁，而且在嘴邊還沒入口就先先聞到濃厚醋香。
若不想大排長龍等名店，這也是不錯的選擇。

不推薦炒粄條：粄條煮得不夠通透，吃起來口感沒有很好。

依然還是好吃，
薑絲炒大腸真的是一絕，
炒板條真的色香味俱佳，
客家小炒更是絕妙，
炒野蓮一樣還是香脆，
這種傳統的客家裡慢慢的會失傳，
能吃一次算一次了！
有能的價格算是平價了，
這裡夏天用餐真的是熱爆了，
但是我寧願選擇好吃，
而不是舒服。
