網路搜尋來的資訊,因行程需要用餐,所以午餐安排來試試,原本考慮合菜,但因人數考量及過往經驗,因此就以單點方式訂餐, 至少點的都是喜歡的菜,好運敲敲魚是一道有儀式感的餐,店家還會引導客人並說些吉祥話,然後讓客人持木槌敲破包覆魚的鹽巴,我也怕我點的餐量不夠,點了一鍋客家砂鍋台灣鯛,大家一致讚許量多好吃,點了避風塘鯛魚,這種鯛魚做法第一次吃到,新鮮感十足,口味也非常棒,白斬雞是放山的土雞,雞大隻口感很棒,魚肉鄉里是一道客家式封肉,還有其它的菜,真覺得都是下飯超好配的,同行的歪嘴雞朋友們讚不絕口,還嚷嚷的下次還要再來吃,建議要來要先訂位跟訂餐,畢竟假日人潮不少,有時間的也比較建議平日去,不用等也不用人擠人,吃起來輕鬆沒壓力,用完餐,旁邊店旁的造景很好拍 可以拍拍照唷。

店家服務態度很好,價位部分有點偏高,雖然主打是吳郭魚與泰國蝦,旁邊就是漁塭現撈的,但是以價位又是產地來說蝦子用抱蛋的真的很不ok。吳郭魚雖然切塊容易讓人挾取,但是切的方式不是很好,反而出現過多的魚刺,吳郭魚寧可選擇不要切。以產地來說魚也是不算大隻。薑絲鮮魚湯有點超出我的想像...九層塔味過重蓋過其他的味道了,反而吃不太出魚本身的鮮甜。如果以當地選擇不多的情形下,久久吃一次是ok,但不會特別想過去吃。

They roast a fish in salt. You get a hammer to 'break out' the fish from inside. It is pretty fun! The food was also spectacular.
