Pulai Xitou Battle Road
Pulai is the old name of Bora, Toushe is the name of the community here, and the battlefield is called by the Japanese fighting against the aborigines during the Japanese occupation.
Pulai and Baolai Creek are tributaries and the source of hot springs. There is another one next door is that the Lunong Stream is the mainstream, and the tributaries of the Borai Stream are gathered to the Lunong Stream and flow down to the foot of the mountain.
People in the past planted pears and citrus here, and the conglomerate is not suitable for growing these two kinds of fruits because of the soil. Later, they changed to planting plums. The rock layer here is conglomerate, which is formed by lateral compression of seismic plates, and vertical conglomerate is formed by excessive plate compression.
Many mango trees can be seen along the road: Jinhuang mango varieties. The Pulai Xitou Battle Road is about 500 meters above sea level, which is about the same height as the Changhua Tengshan Trail. The slope is not steep, and it takes an hour to walk around.
The narrator said that it is suitable for the afternoon, and the wind is cooler in the afternoon.

The well-organized ancient trail, the entrance is next to the hot spring park. At first, there is a wooden pallet ladder that is about 15 meters high, and then a wooden pallet ladder or a concrete walk that slowly goes up and down from time to time. In the bamboo forest, orchard and plum forest, you can also overlook the Bora Valley with high drop during the period...; it takes about an hour to walk around.

During the Japanese colonization period, the Japanese construction of the war road was used by the Japanese to manage the Tibetans. The trail walks on the ridge and the scenery is quite beautiful. Next to the trail is an orchard where mangoes are grown.

If you just want to see the plum blossoms, you can drive straight up between the first entrance and the second entrance until you see the sign of Pulai Xitou She Station. You can turn around there, and the plum blossoms there are now the most blooming and beautiful , And the plank road seems to have all bloomed
It’s also completely free here, it’s recommended, no one on weekdays

The first entrance is to navigate the Bora Flower View Hot Spring Park. The entrance to the mountain is on the right side before entering the parking lot, and there is a public toilet next to it.
Most of the trails are stairs, which are considered gentle.
I came to climb through noon, and the bamboo forest was dense, so it was cool and not hot. I like this trail best?
Remarks: The location of Citiwood in the photo is the scenic spot in the hot spring park, not the trail.
