★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最愛吃的牛肉麵就屬於六龜華一牛肉麵，大推他們家的滷味好好吃滷的味道剛好配上蔥段跟調醬美味昇級，今天我們有人吃牛肉麵不吃牛肉的點榨菜肉絲麵，牛肉軟爛好入口麵條滑潤吸滿湯汁好吃，我心目中第一名的牛肉麵就屬華一牛肉麵。

Today, some of us eat beef noodles instead of beef and order mustard pork. Silk noodles, the beef is soft and rotten, and the noodles are smooth and full of soup. The beef noodles in my mind are Huayi beef noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以小吃店而言，防疫措施相當到位，有很理想的訂製隔格，感覺耐用又容易清消，不像有些店用瓦楞紙板或珍珠板簡單製作。
牛肉麵以麵、湯、肉來說，肉和湯都還不錯，微辣有像在吃紅燒牛肉麵，並不是每塊的口感都一樣，不知道是煮法的關係還是部位的關係。麵就是家常麵條，中等寬度，沒什麼嚼勁也不特別吸湯，不過整體而言還算好吃的麵。
門口可以停車，但如果有其他顧客先停，附近就不太好找了，得稍微走上一點路。
