推梅子風味 系列餐點，相當開胃。
梅子排骨，肉質有用嫩，處理到好食用??
山蘇也炒的很嫩，調味用破卜子和蒜炒，吃起來鮮美。
炸豆腐 ，外皮酥脆，內裡是嫩豆腐，配上梅醬不油膩，豆腐會有一個豆味，要看個人喜好。
餐點略微油，但不影響吃起來風味。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the food was ok. What really surprised me was the chicken in the soup. The chicken tastes like free run chicken but the skin is so thick and plump, almost as thick as pig skin. Very interesting if you like chicken skin haha.
Ps. There's also rat on the menu but we wouldn't dare to try it.
