★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員態度不好，好像摧著你趕快點，我今天朋友送我的優惠，第一次使用不懂，我看圖案以為是可以換2杯飲料，2份蛋糕，結果後來我點了一杯大冰拿和紅茶，總共125元，然後她只給我說不找零，因為我不懂意思，她又很急著做，我就說”好”，之後我跟她說我還有2個蛋糕可以選，他才跟我說只能點到150元，那時後面的店員飲料都快好了，我拿到飲料後，我才意會到浪費了25元，雖然只是少少的錢，但感受真的很不好。通常店員都會說，看要不要再帶其他東西，補足金額，但這位小姐竟然說明都不說明，當時我後面都沒有客人，為什麼要這麼趕，真的很誇張。但也是給我一個教訓，以後優惠卷的說明要看的清楚一點。可以連一顆星星都不點嗎???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週二下午有個剪男生頭戴眼鏡的女店員叫客人拿飲料的口氣都很差，兩次都是那種「欸！你的飲料好了！」的那種很兇的口氣，給人一種叫客人趕快拿了飲料快點走的感覺，也不只對我一個，我的朋友比我晚差不多20分鐘點飲料也是同樣的回應方式。
雖然環境很好，但店員的素質真的落差蠻大的，之前假日晚上也有遇到過很好的男店員，飲料有問題也很有耐心的幫我重做了。
這次的體驗真的很差，希望能改善

Your drink is ready!" kind of fierce tone, giving people a kind of The feeling of telling customers to grab a drink and leave quickly is not just for me, my friend who ordered a drink almost 20 minutes later than me also responded in the same way.
Although the environment is very good, the quality of the clerk is really quite different. I have met a very good male clerk on holiday nights before, and he patiently helped me to redo the drinks when there was a problem.
The experience is really bad this time, I hope it can be improved

店員告知第二杯25元優惠是要點冰的才有，當下心情像被詐騙的糟也很無言，因付費前店員有告知，所以願意給2顆星。
建議消費者看到優惠時，出發前一定要用電話詢問過再去。
