乾麵的麵體是意麵，比平常吃的在粗一點，吃起來口感也更Q彈
附免費清湯，湯頭濃郁，喝的出來是熬了很久的湯，高雄朋友表示在地人都加醋喝，喝起來像酸菜白肉鍋的湯，我還是習慣加胡椒啦（笑
紅茶很特別，第一次喝到有桂花香的，甜度固定，平常喝微糖的我覺得稍甜，尚可接受
