內餡不像一般市售火鍋料用比較油的豬肉，吃起來油膩，歐董的包餡魚丸內餡多汁，口感扎實，超推！

香菇丸：吃得到一塊塊的香菇。
月亮蝦餅：剛端上餐桌就被搶得一乾二淨。
花枝丸：吃到滿滿的花枝，而且也不會有過多的腥味，三兩下就吃完一整包了。
