★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 窗口剩4個小蛋糕居然不能讓客人自選， 還分什麼後進先出， 不都是同一顆蛋糕切的嗎？ 然後還一直強調說是店裡的規定，別間的分店就沒這個規定，就你們規定最多，蛋糕大小都切不一致客人想挑還不給挑，還搬出店內訂的潛規則，怎麼壽星想挑個蛋糕也好為難，不都是要賣的還分啥後進先出 先進後出啥規則 ，店員最後還嗆說今天讓你挑下不為例喔，都沒有下次了還下不為例勒…凸

來店購買飲品及蛋糕，明明正在排隊中，女店員還能直接跳下一位客人點餐，點完直接轉頭走人，連一句 不好意思，請稍等一下幫您點餐的口語都沒有，員工教育訓練有待加強。

說要換小熊提拉米蘇，卻是給波士頓蛋糕。
店員卻說要給我五塊錢，我覺得不對，提拉米蘇53,後來我要換小熊提拉米蘇58元。應該是我要再給五塊錢。
回家一打開，發現是波士頓蛋糕。
整個不爽，打電話反應，確實有叫我回去換。 如果這樣回去換，那我剛剛在全聯買就好了
