有的店員會用咖啡機（奶泡蒸氣？！）再把茶加熱，我覺得很棒，為你們的專業鼓掌
但怎麼有的店員買熱的，結果根本沒有另外加熱，直接從茶壺倒出來後就半杯溫半杯涼的給客人⋯⋯不要這麼摸魚好嗎？
貴店沒有SOP嗎？我想喝熱熱的飲料啊?
看了很多抱怨說會改進？是說說的吧？
 The drinks made by the clerk are uneven...
Some clerks will use a coffee machine (milk froth steam?!) to reheat the tea, I think it's great, applaud your professionalism
But how come some clerks buy hot ones, but they don't heat them at all. After pouring them out of the teapot, they serve half a cup warm and half a cup cold to customers... Don't fish like this, okay?
Does your store have no SOP? I want a hot drink ?
Read a lot of complaints that it will improve? Did you say that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是常客，幾乎天天在這家店買一杯拿鐵，但今天終於受不了了，每次拿到的拿鐵永遠只有七分滿，我是買拿鐵不是卡布奇諾!
本以為這是85度C的「特色」，殊不知到其他分店，一樣點拿鐵，都至少有8分滿以上
拜託顧一下品質，下次再拿到七分滿的拿鐵，我一定向總公司客訴! 太誇張了！
I'm a regular customer, I buy a latte at this store almost every day, but I can't stand it anymore. Every time I get a latte, it's always only seven points full. I'm buying a latte, not a cappuccino!
I thought this was a "feature" of 85 degrees C, but I don't know that when I go to other branches, the same latte is at least 8 points.
Please take care of the quality, next time I get a seven-point latte, I will definitely complain to the head office! It's too exaggerated!

店家接單後將近30分鐘，才跟我說沒蛋糕了
要換其他商品或退訂單
折騰到最後要自己去拿飲料，蛋糕錢之後才會退款
真的一肚子火，好好的情人節
浪費我整整一小時
搞得一塌糊塗??????
一個半小時後熊貓外送員帶著一杯奶茶外送到一開始下訂單的地方，請問一下店家在玩人嗎？浪費大家的時間！很抱歉造成外送員的困擾
