★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點完咖啡及蛋糕付錢後說內用等一下會送過來，不久咖啡送來後一直等都沒看蛋糕，咖啡都快喝完想說太久了吧，去詢問在滑手機的女店員，她說蛋糕早就擺在櫃台上要自己來拿，傻眼是你們說稍待會送過去，送咖啡不送蛋糕過來，這是那一招，以後不會再去了。
After ordering coffee and cake and paying, I said that the internal use will be delivered later. After the coffee was delivered, I didn’t wait to see the cake. The coffee was almost finished. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上次買是男店員態度就蠻好的，今天去女店員態度蠻爛的，而且剛好旁邊有客人來買生日蛋糕問口味，店員還皺眉頭一副傻眼的樣子，
至少也該大概介紹一下吧！
不要求店員多笑臉，但皺眉頭是怎樣阿！

Last time I bought it, the male clerk had a pretty good attitude. Today, the female clerk had a bad attitude, and there happened to be a customer next to me to buy a birthday cake to ask about the taste. The clerk frowned and looked dumbfounded.
At least it should be a brief introduction!
The clerk is not required to smile more, but what about frowning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每次來買重拿鐵大杯咖啡，覺得奶味都不夠，重點是我不知道寄杯已經多少張卡去了！起碼有10張卡了吧！一張卡都要$675元，這一陣子去拿咖啡，整個變味，連我老公也說以前還蠻好喝的，奶味也夠，後來味道越來越淡，如果你們味道那麼淡....那我買重拿鐵幹什麼？而且服務人員態度也不是很好，我不會再去這一家買了！
Every time I buy a heavy latte cup of coffee, I feel that the milk flavor is not enough. The point is that I don't know how many cards have been sent to the cup! There are at least 10 cards! A card costs $675. I went to get the coffee for a while, and the whole taste changed. Even my husband said that it used to be pretty good and the milk tasted enough. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從早上開店就一直促銷廣播，早上點了二杯飲料，從頭聽到尾。一直遍尋不找那來的噪音，因為廣播大聲又聽不清楚。等到近中午才知是店裡放的。下午又去喝咖啡，一樣不停播放。有跟店員反映請關小聲或關掉，店員反映冷淡，一樣照放。
