結果拿到餐點才發現是做大杯的結帳金額也是大杯的
告知店員還硬說就是點大杯也根本沒有要溝通的意思
重點是不管購買什麼通常都會跟客人再次確認很基本吧
If you order the cup clearly, then pay and checkout (the middle clerk did not double confirm the meal)
When I got the meal, I realized that the checkout amount for making a big cup is also a big cup.
I told the clerk and insisted that I ordered a big cup, but I didn’t mean to communicate at all.
The point is that no matter what you buy, you will usually reconfirm with the customer. It's very basic.

「拿鐵咖啡」熱S 三分糖 好喝 奶泡綿密！
因鄰近大馬路旁 相對整體空氣品質 不太好
容易落塵 感覺時常需要打掃 店員們辛苦了！
建議大家在室內享用餐點～
不過 地理位置對於上班族就方便了
覺得好停摩托車買咖啡

But the location is convenient for office workers
Feel good to stop the motorcycle and buy coffee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天特地去嘗試新產品伯爵拿鐵咖啡，並告知要無糖少冰，回家喝的時候驚覺簡直就像是全糖的甜度，甜到爆！對於喝不加糖的我完全無法接受就整杯倒掉了，去電詢問時，店員告知因為標配裡面有黑糖所以喝起來就是會甜，這讓我感覺店員很不專業，聽到客人要無糖的時候起碼也告知一下裡面有黑糖所以還是會有甜度，可以讓客人選擇是不是還是要點這一款咖啡？畢竟誰會聯想到伯爵裡面會加黑糖？就不會白白花錢還要倒掉2杯咖啡，真的蠻生氣的…
Today, I specially went to try the new product Earl Grey Latte, and told me to have no sugar and less ice. When I got home, I was surprised that it was as sweet as full sugar, so sweet! I couldn't accept the unsweetened drink, so I threw the whole cup away. When I called to ask, the clerk told me that it would be sweet to drink because there is brown sugar in the standard package. This made me feel that the clerk was very unprofessional. At least tell me that there is brown sugar in it, so there will still be sweetness, so that guests can choose whether to order this coffee? After all, who would have thought that the Earl would add brown sugar? I won't waste money and pour out 2 cups of coffee, I'm really angry...
