★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務生態度不好，點杯海鹽咖啡以店的術語回覆，聽不懂再問一次，態度就很差了，也不給思考時間，真是來消費受罪。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 員工有耐心，服務態度很好，上個禮拜去剛好排在一個奧客的後面，等他點餐改來改去，店員還是很有耐心的幫他完成點餐；輪到我的時候還會跟我說不好意思讓你久等了，這讓我很感動，明明就是上一位客人太機車你們確替他跟我道歉，真是辛苦店員了。希望腦殘的人少一點。

就算有活動忙碌點餐講話也要委婉客氣一點吧！！！
這是一個做服務業該有的態度？？？
講話面無表情就算了，還一副很不耐煩的樣子，就是不清楚想買才會問不然是問心酸的嗎？？
這個店員（應該是幹部階級的）已經遇過幾次了，對別的客人也一樣那種態度，如果那麼不喜歡面對客人就不要站櫃檯。
這家店的這位員工真的非常需要在教育訓練，已經做很久的員工應該不是這種素質才對。
所知道你們這家店有1、2個做非常久的員工態度真的是不敢指教啊！！在這樣下去客人都被氣走不買了……

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天中午去買6杯飲料，我看得出來前面很多單，我也耐心等待，終於等到我點飲料時，因為咖啡機不停的運轉，現場電話也響不停(店員選擇不接)，所以聲音吵雜，臭臉店員郁Ｘ問話聲音很小態度又不好，我不過就多問一次她直接擺臭臉，態度極差，說真的我一直客客氣氣也規矩排隊等點單，你們店內那什麼服務態度，不想做不要勉強真的，不是去找罪受的
