麵條比一般吃到的意麵更粗一點點
但咬起來更Q彈
意麵炒起來也略帶湯汁 不會太乾
配上菜脯辣椒更是令人食指大動
又香又辣又夠味
湯跟炒飯也是料多實在 滷味切盤
也幾乎每一種料都處理得很好
份量也是男生吃起來能飽的量
如果家附近有這樣的麵店
每周二訪差不多就是基本的

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炒飯火侯非常好，份量一個成人來說非常足夠，不過干貝醬炒飯偏鹹，滷味這次點的份量大概是一百元，辣醬很香很適合沾在滷味吃，或是加在炒飯內，這裡的湯喝起來，一股不太一樣的味道，不知道是不是中藥還是啥，總之魚皮湯還不錯！
