★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 訂了6/16的船同事旅遊，然後6/13行前詢問如果有人確診怎麼辦，是否可以延期或有其他措施，結果船公司還沒詢問我們的意見，就直接說把我們這團退掉，然後意思是退錢給我們就好，後來我直接打給船公司，船公司告訴我們已經把我們票賣出，我詢問為何沒有和我們完成確認就擅自把我們名額賣出、剩下幾天行程，我去哪裡找船票給我的同事？他們就表示幫我們去跟別人調位子，要出發前一天才會給我們回覆，真的非常罔顧權益的船東，我們因為時間緊急，又不能讓同事落單，於是只好自己找1人400擠滿人的船搭，雖然獲得退費，但是，卻是因為船東網顧客人權益，被逼迫必須退票，旅遊景點面對本國遊客竟是這樣的態度和品質，如何迎接外國遊客給予好的服務
