用料實在食材新鮮且份量十足，是未曾想過的第二個驚奇。
難怪每次經過時總是看到滿滿的用餐人影在店內往來如織。

尤其是它的麻辣湯頭，在澎湖吃過的火鍋店中，是少數讓人喜歡的，個人鴛鴦鍋（可選兩種湯頭），我選擇重口味麻辣跟清淡藥膳，雖然因疫情價格有調漲，但依舊不影響到此店用餐。
