★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話服務不太好，還沒點完就掛電話；到現場還要等現場到的人全點完做完了，才來處理電話點的客人，這程序是不是有點奇怪？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為我是澎湖某校的住宿生，身體狀態無抱恙，但就是被宿舍幹部提醒將要被隔離到另一棟宿舍去暫時住七天，沒有一個地方是能前往的，只得待在宿舍內。餐點的話，是由他們幫我們被隔離的住宿生抉擇訂餐店家、代訂、及代替我們送來樓上去。前幾天訂貴店的五色蔬菜飯，拿到的「五色蔬菜飯」便當裡面是切半的滷蛋（1/2滷蛋白+1/2蛋黃）；但怎麼今天拿到的便當，盒蓋一掀開，擺放的滷蛋有瑕疵，滷蛋蛋白有顯而易見的凹槽，蛋黃連一半都沒有況且還像薑絲一樣薄片，根本就只剩1/4的蛋黃。現在只希望貴店盡可能對這個問題要好好審視一下，以求下次不會再有顧客取餐遇到的這類情形了，感恩你們/妳們了！
