★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好吃又便宜，排隊人潮不多，來澎湖遊玩可以吃吃看還不錯，裡面包了一個蛋，配上大量小黃瓜，吃起來非常清爽
 It's delicious and cheap, and there are not many people in line. It's not bad to come to Penghu to eat and watch. There is an egg in it and a lot of cucumbers. It tastes very refreshing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當地人推薦必吃，很像宜蘭有名的炸彈蔥油餅，只是裡面多加了蔬菜的部分（內涵紅蘿蔔絲、小黃瓜絲、高麗菜絲、生洋蔥絲）。因為餅皮偏油膩，搭配生菜絲綜合一下口感，醬油也偏清爽不死鹹，整體口感很不錯！
重點才40塊算是便宜啦！記得一定要唱熱吃，冷掉油膩感會更重！（餅皮很Q不會太硬，但還是有喀滋喀滋的聲音唷！

吃起來有點像蔥油餅的感覺，
裡面加了許多蔬菜
大概有（紅蘿蔔絲、小黃瓜絲、高麗菜絲、生洋蔥絲）沒記錯的話??
餅皮也不會太油比起許多算很好咀嚼ㄌ，這次點了原味還有咖哩酸菜口味，整體口感都很不錯，可是個人比較偏好咖哩酸菜味道比較重口味一點，喜歡清淡的原味就可以了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小店沒有明顯招牌，但不會難找。沒有誇張的排隊人潮，現點現做，約莫稍後 5-10 分鐘就出鍋，坐在門口邊吃邊看麻雀來撿食碎屑還挺有意思的?
行程第一天嘗試「蔬菜蛋餅加小辣」，蛋餅麵皮走薄脆路線，外酥內韌、帶點嚼勁，咀嚼久了會有淡淡的麵香。夾著高麗菜絲、胡蘿蔔絲、小黃瓜絲和炸蛋，口感豐富有層次，蔬菜飽水爽脆恰好綜合掉炸餅的油膩感，整份嗑完也不會有負擔，尤其點綴上直攻嘴唇的辣椒醬，更添幾分風味??
澎湖行最後一天，又來二訪嘗試了「咖哩酸菜口味小辣」，同樣超出預期的好吃。相比蔬菜更夠味，酸菜、豆干和全蛋的搭配恰到好處，淡淡酸勁和咖哩香氣很加分
便宜好吃不油膩，親民銅板價，排隊時間比郵局口短上許多，大推? 在門口逗留的時間，老闆也是接了不少電話訂單，建議想要前去的人可以提前預訂喔~
