你們員工教育要改進,今天船舶冷氣壞掉,還在船上的人都不知情,就是一直等待,難道船上的人的時間都不是時間?一艘船400多客人就為了等那20幾個客人?廣播交代一聲也沒有,不是收了錢就可以這樣子。 再者,船早就開俥等待我們上船,一樓沒有冷氣,船上那麼多員工都不知情?為何沒有先告知一聲,這種服務態度真的需要改進 而且還有防疫破口,真的很需要員工教育訓練一下。密閉空間內還脫口罩下來聊天
